Processing & Delivery

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, delivery typically takes approximately 4–12 business days.

Please note that this delivery estimate begins after fulfillment and does not include order processing time. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, weekends, and other operational factors.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, transportation disruptions, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email address or contact information provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take additional time to update after a shipping label is created or after the package is transferred between carrier facilities.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before fulfillment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Herslf is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or your package appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will review the available tracking information.

If a carrier marks an order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check around your property, with household members, neighbors, building management, or any secure delivery area. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly for additional delivery details.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement. Any replacement, refund, or store credit offered for a missing delivered package will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable once an order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Promotional free-shipping thresholds and shipping offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.
