Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases

Herslf may offer subscription, recurring delivery, or other purchase options that allow eligible products to be delivered automatically on a recurring schedule.

By selecting a subscription or recurring purchase option, you authorize Herslf and its payment providers to automatically charge the payment method associated with your account for each scheduled order until the subscription is cancelled, paused, or otherwise modified.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order has been processed.

Subscription cancellations apply to future recurring orders only. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel, refund, or stop an order that has already been processed, charged, submitted for fulfillment, or shipped.

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, we recommend submitting your cancellation request before the upcoming billing or processing date shown in your subscription account.

How to Cancel

Where available, subscriptions may be managed through your customer account or subscription management portal.

If you are unable to manage your subscription online, you may contact our customer support team at YOURSUPPORTEMAIL and request assistance.

When contacting support, please include the name and email address associated with your order so we can locate your subscription.

Changes, Pauses & Skips

Depending on the subscription option selected, you may also be able to pause deliveries, skip an upcoming order, change your delivery schedule, or update certain subscription details.

Any changes must be submitted before the applicable order has been processed. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

Already Processed Orders

If a recurring order has already been processed before your cancellation or modification request is received, that order may still be charged and shipped.

Any refund request relating to an order that has already been processed is subject to our Refund Policy and is not guaranteed solely because the associated subscription was later cancelled.

Pricing & Subscription Discounts

Subscription prices, discounts, promotional offers, and delivery frequencies may vary by product and may change from time to time where permitted by law.

Any applicable price, discount, billing frequency, and other material subscription terms will be presented at the time you select the purchase option.

Payment Issues

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, we or our subscription provider may attempt to process the payment again or contact you to update your payment information.

A subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be successfully collected.
